"I would have enjoyed my stay better if everything was in place."

The breakfast was overall good. Pool area was very clean. A few staff members were very friendly.

Staff I spoke to over the phone was very rude and not understanding. After she realized I wasn’t wrong she apologized a million times but the damage had be done. I paid for a sofa bed and was unable to use it because the mattress was dirty and no linen was available. Hot water did not work in bathroom sink.

Pool was clean (it wasn't on a previous stay), breakfast was yummy, room was a nice size, everything worked in the room as it should (tv, mini-fridge, microwave...)

Rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast served was enjoyable and well maintained for a good experience.
