The check-in was easy and the staff were very kind. The room was large, bed comfortable.

The bathroom was not clean. If anyone cleaned the toilet or shower it didn't show. Hair all over the shower and sink. The toilet looked as if someone had just used it. I should not have to clean a hotel room after housekeeping. Our room had two queen beds, apparently nobody pays attention to the beds when cleaning. The bed we didn't sleep on had candy lined up across the headboard. Absolutely no water pressure for the shower, it was horrible getting a shower with a literal dribble of water. The air-conditioning worked at a low temperature (67) but not at a higher and made a horrible noise. We are IHG members and this is not what I would expect from a Holiday Inn. Very disappointed

Everything was good it was my 3rd time staying and the staff was very friendly and pleasant.

Little hot in the pool area but I guess that’s for a reason.

Friendly staff. Nice breakfast area. Large comfy room.

My room was on first floor near breakfast room and there was a lot of noise from the hall and lobby area.
