Our requirements for an excellent hotel are (1) quiet (2) firm bed mattress (3) bathroom with counter space and (4) shower with constant tempature. They had all 4. Great breakfast. Quiet rooms. No children or dogs. Congenital staff. Great location. This is a winner!

We have loved this place for over a decade but sadly after this last stay we will not be returning. We stayed here three nights. Our hot water wasn’t working. We told them two days in a row, they said they’d have someone look at it but it was never fixed. Also, the beds are rock hard - like no give at all. The staff wasn’t as friendly as they have been in the past. Overall, really bummed how it went. They’ve cut back on what’s included in the breakfast but at least they still had a full breakfast menu you can pay for.

La atención del personal fue muy amable, te hacen sentir en casa. La cama y los muebles son muy cómodos. El baño está muy limpio.

Nos quedamos sin agua en el baño, pero al reportarlo arreglaron el problema.
