"Beautiful"

One of the most beautiful resorts I have visited. Very Mexican Hacienda style. The service is good but not up to Four Seasons standard. We stayed in the Colonial Suite and it was quite nice. Felt Like a very small house. We also stayed one night in a Jr King Suite. I suggest to request a corner unit. They are larger and have a huge balcony.

"Beautiful hotel"

We booked two rooms with balconies and views. The rooms were lovely, views fantastic. Hotel grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Pool was great to lounge at, but pool service was spotty and extremely slow. Once, when our food was brought out there were a few things missing, I asked for them and an hour later nothing. We were there for only a long weekend, and loved exploring the town.

"Beautiful hotel"

This is a beautiful hotel with fantastic facilities. The property itself is spectacular and well appointed. Service is generally very good and people are very friendly. If you don’t need a pool and/or would be happy with a boutique hotel without as many amenities would recommend elsewhere as would be far less expensive and likely a better location. The location is fine but other hotels closer to main square. Was also disappointed with what felt like an attempt to gauge us. Tours and transportation through hotel bordered on outrageous compared to other options through local operators.

Very nice people, great service, hotel itself is very beautiful with lots of spaces to enjoy, and finally the beautiful 85 degree pool(s) Everything here is absolutely topnotch; the pool loungers, the bedding and great pillows, restaurant. Location is also good, only a few blocks from the main square. The area is filled with great restaurants.

"You feel special at the Rosewood"

We loved every aspect of our three days stay at Rosewood. The very friendly staff made us feel at home & pampered. The property is just gorgeous. Rooms are spacious and we had a very large balcony with the view of San Miguel hills. We tried all the restaurants and the scenic rooftop restaurants. Very clean pool and great spa facilities. Food and service was excellent. Make your massage reservation ahead of time. We missed this. We hope to come back soon.

Beautiful property with lovely restaurants and a great concierge. We stayed in one of the suites with a terrace and it was phenomenal. Sad to leave this haven!

We had a small issue because expedia allowed me to book 3 people in a room suitable for 2 but the hotel solved it promptly. My children were upgraded to a 2 queen room. The hotel is truly 5 star extremely charm and well located. Try Pirules restaurant for an amazing organic meal experience
