スタッフさんの接し方が良かったです。

◉部屋の画面について→Wi-Fiに接続できるQRコードの画面が出て来るのを待たなければならず・・テーブルの上に紙面で置いて欲しかったです。また、パスワードがわからず繋げることができませんでした。 ◉ベッドが広くて良かったです。

朝イチで大浴場に行ったとき、開けてくれたスタッフの男性が｢大変お待たせいたしました。どうぞ｣と案内してくれたのがとてもスマートな振る舞いでよかったです

部屋の鏡についてヘアアイロンを使うとき、コンセントのあるところ座ると、テレビが重なっているため非常に使いづらい。化粧するのに机の照明をつけても消してもメイクしづらい。他のアパホテルのお部屋もそうでした。ご一考いただけたらと思います。

清潔感がある

チェックインの際受付にいた女性スタッフさんの説明と私の話しが合わずでイラっとされた様子でした。そちらは毎日お仕事で説明しているからなんでこんな事もわからないの？って感じだと思いますが初めてだとわかりにくいことなどあります。イラっとした顔が忘れられません。

宿泊したお部屋から新幹線が綺麗に見えました！仙台駅から10分ほど歩きますが、一階にコンビニも入っているので、滞在に困ることはなかったです。
