アウトレットに行きたかったので、立地としては最高でした

スタッフ対応が悪い 車で来る人には良い気分はしないかもしれない。 駐車場代がアパの駐車場なら一晩分サービスされる。 アパの駐車場が満車で入れない場合近くのコインパーキングを案内されるが、それはサービスされない。 意味がわからない。 アパの駐車場料金よりはお安くなってますので とか言ってきたけど、サービスされるんやからどう考えてもコインパーキングの方が高いだろ という感じでした。

住宿位置在輕井沢站附近，有多條觀光巴士路線及高速巴士站，交通極之放便。酒店職員有禮，房間非常清潔，早餐雖然食物類型不多，但很多都是用心製作，味道好。我們會推介給朋友，若然再次來輕井沢，百分百之選擇。

Great location. Literally just next to train station, once step out the station can see the hotel. The room is not so big but is nice for one person. I think will be crowded if my room assigned for two person.

The door soundproof is not that good. Still can hear the neighbor closed the door, people passing by or dragging their luggage. But overall is acceptable.
