Location is good, in the middle of Hakata and Tenji, all in walkable distance. So good to have a 15 walk after meals.

チェックイン、チェックアウトが自動化されており簡単

清掃されていない部分が多々あり、不潔でした。特に嫌だったのが水回りで、便座に他人の尿が残っており、清掃していないのは明白でした。部屋では机や棚のほこりがそのままになっていました。ベットメイク、水回り備品の最低限のセッティングを行い清掃はほとんどやっていないように見受けられました。
