最後に、出発後行きたい場所に行くための交通手段でご相談した際、真摯に向き合って下さったこと。結局そのご提案は功を奏さなかったものの、誠実さは有り難かったです。

チェックインの日、24時近くにやっと疲れて到着しているのに、2階のフロントまでなんと急峻な階段を全ての荷物と共に登らなければならないなんて、拷問でした。「階段なんですね」と言うと、「スロープがあって、その先にエレベーターがあるのですが…」と言われました。でしたら、『この先にエレベーターがあります』などの表示か何かあって然るべきと思いますが。何も見当たらず、エレベーターは死角にありわかる訳がありません。不親切です。朝食も厚いトースト2枚で上顎をケガしました。
