電梯完全沒有管制，讓人對於安全有點疑慮，尤其是女生自己一人，房間大小還算可以，位置距離仙台駅較遠，大型行李需從地下室上去櫃檯，但第一天去的客人應該很難知道，訂時全仙台都沒房間，所以有得連住不用搬遷就很好，外面的銀杏有加分

近くに美味しい牛タン屋さんがあるし、仙台駅まで車ですぐだから便利だった。

連携駐車場が少し歩くところにあるところ。シャワーが激弱で洗うのに時間がかかった。壁が薄くて隣の部屋のアラーム音が朝6じぐらいからずっと鳴り響いてて寝れなかった。
