Der var intet der virkede. Koldt vand i brusebadet. Døren til værelset havde svært ved at lukke og den hyler med en alarm når den ikke lukker ordentligt. Kunne høre at jeg ikke var den eneste med dårlig dør.

Good breakfast.

It's like walking into an insurance agency. Upon check-in, they ask you to fill out a document agreeing to pay a certain amount in the event of losing your key, followed by another two-page document packed with hotel rules, and then they ask you to pay a 2,000 PH deposit in cash in the event of damage to the room. Then, in the room, there's a sheet of paper detailing the amounts to be reimbursed in the event of damage to all items in the room, from the water glass to the coffee mug, the kettle, the television, and so on. I've never seen anything like it in my life, and I've traveled extensively around the world. The front desk can't provide tourist information, such as how to book a ferry ticket. There are no tea bags in the room, and if you ask for them, you have to pay for them (generally in the Philippines, we've always found them available in all hotels, even the most modest ones).

Sembra di entrare in una agenzia di assicurazione. Al Check in ti chiedono di formare un documento in cui accetti di pagare una determinata somma in caso di perdita della chiave, un altro documento di due pagine fitte con le regole dell’albergo, poi ti chiedono ti anticipare cash una cauzione di 2.000 PH in caso di danni alla camera. Poi nella camera è esposto un foglio in cui sono indicate le somme da rimborsare in caso di danni a tutti gli oggetti presenti, dal bicchiere per l’acqua, alla tazza per il caffè, al bollitore, alla televisione, e così via. Mai vista una cosa del genere in vita mia e ho viaggiato tanto in tutto il mondo. Alla reception non sono in grado di dare informazioni turistiche, ad esempio su come prenotare un biglietto per i traghetti. In camera mancano le bustine per farsi un tè, e se le chiedi le devi pagare (di norma nelle Filippine le abbiamo sempre trovate a disposizione in tutti gli alberghi, anche quelli più modesti).

Room : Decent and clean. Breakfast : Decent.

Room : 1. The door lock needs minor repair. You need to push the door hard enough for the lock to be secured. 2. The pillows aren’t enough for 2 people in a Double Room for you to have a good night sleep. 3. The Aircondintioning unit makes a weird/buzzling noise from time to time. 4. A fridge isn’t available - you don’t have one to put your drinks in. Bathroom: 1. Bathroom essentials like hooks and towel/cloth racks are missing. You have nothing to use for your clothes. 2. The water pressure in the shower area is very low. Taking a bath will take time due to this. 3. The hot/cold shower is so difficult to manage. One single small adjustment makes the water too hot. Breakfast: 1. The food was okay but with limited choices. They are serving instant coffee. 2. The kitchen staff (girl in red uniform) is only accomodating to foreign nationals. If you are from the Phils., she would not mind greeting or even smiling to you.

Everything was just super fine and the staff were all excellent. A top location for sure.
