洗面所がとても綺麗で、広く、清潔感がありました。また、朝食がとても美味しく、豪華だったと食べたものが言っておりました。また、急に病気で行けなくなった者の前日キャンセル料を無料にしていただき、ありがたかったです。フロントの方の対応が笑顔で親切だったのも、ありがたかったです。

フロントのPC動作がかなり遅かったらしく、待たされたことと、駐車場が狭くて満車だったため、駅前の有料駐車場に止めなければならなかったことが不便でした。
