"良かったです。"

大浴場は疲れが取れる。室内備品は揃えが良い。スタッフの案内は素晴らしい。ミネラルウォーターを1本サービスはありがたい。

朝食は和食を選びましたが大したことなかった。納豆を食べたかった。洋食は朝からから揚げカレーを食べる気になれない。トースト、ベーコンエッグを食べたかった。

スタッフの方の対応が、すごく良かったです。 お世話になりました。ありがとうございました🙇

マットレスが使い古されている物なのか、全然ダメで、一瞬、床に寝ようかと思いました。 でも、フロントに連絡し、薄い敷パット２枚と掛け布団をお借りし、ベッドからマットレスを外し、借りた掛け布団と敷パットをベッドの上に敷　いて、寝ました。熟睡できました。 色々なホテルに泊まったりしますが、あんなに酷いマットレスは初めてでした。 大浴場も朝食も利用しませんでしたが、色々なサービスを提供する前に、先ずある程度の寝具を提供して欲しいです。
