Gran Hotel Reymar

The property was great. I plan on staying here again. The room was amazing waking up to such a beautiful sunrise. The staff was top-notch. Everyone was so professional and kind. This was one of my favorite places in my month trip to Europe.

The staff did not provide beach or pool towels for free they wanted to charge me €10 for a towel. They should learn to loan towel for a small deposit not to sell them because we as travelers can’t bring towels back home

Hotel is in a nice location, room was spotless, bed comfortable and staff efficient. However, all very cookie cutter - nothing that wows or makes you feel special. No drinking water provided, a kettle is provided but only instant coffee sachets and not even a soap bar to wash your hands (there is shower gel in fixed dispensers). Breakfast is adequate, but again nothing extraordinary. Only issue is there was only one coffee machine, so had to line up to get a coffee (at least it wasn't instant!). Biggest issue was that having looked forward to a sea view, our room was directly above the pool and jacuzzi, so half the view was actually middle aged sunbathers. To make matters worse, an acoustic anomally of the hotel' is that even when jacuzzi occupants talk to each other at normal levels, their entire conversation is amplified directly into the balcony and room. This forced us to close the balcony door so we didn't really enjoy the balcony. I regretted spending the extra and should have gone for a non sea view room. As we were only staying 24 hours, I didn't want to disrupt the management, but strongly advise that if getting a sea view, make sure you get a higher floor for the view and that the room is not above the corner where the jacuzzi is located.

Great location, one minute to the beach, walkable to attractions and restaurants in town. Gorgeous view fog the sea and beach from the room!

Very friendly staff and a lovely hotel.

Extremely disappointing. Nice location, beautiful view but Reception staff not too friendly or helpful. Restaurant and bar staff very nice and helpful. The room overall was ok - however the blankets were filthy. I was shocked that a hotel in a resort town, on the beach had No complimentary bottle of water in the room - I was told to buy a bottle at the bar. Bathroom was in a bad condition with all rusty water stoppers. There were no tissues in the bathroom, no body lotion and literally 2 slivers of soap to last for 3 days. No beach or pool towels available - at the reception they would only sell a towel for 10 euro.

Wonderful location , gorgeous views from every window ! This place is a little gem in this breathtaking little coastal town . The staff is very attentive, good breakfast , valet parking and very clean and comfortable rooms . Thank you !
