Hotel Fassbind Beausite

Not much. The room was clean and the breakfast was ok.

When arriving there was no one, except a message that I should not put fire to the house … I mean it’s not the kind of welcome you expect for this price … the room was extremely small with no curtain to the windows above the bed. The bathroom was old. They put notes everywhere in the room with the price of the item if we break it … never felt so unwelcome. There was no one when I left … The place is far from any shop, convenient store or restaurant, so it’s very inconvenient if you don’t have a car. The bus stop is near by but doesn’t run very often. I did not enjoy my stay and will definitely not recommend this place.

The views were amazing, the beds were super comfy but the staff were the highlight. Owned by a couple who were so friendly and helpful. Danny would come out every morning at breakfast with some new local food (cheeses, meats, chocolate mousse). Him and his wife Linda really made the stay extra special!

Daniel ist ein extrem interessanter Gastgeber. Kauft regional ein und erklärt uns beim Frühstück diverses. War für uns sehr sympathisch und auch spannend.Wir sind aus Wiedlisbach und haben von der Region Beatenberg viel erfahren.
