This booking was cancelled as the property was unsuitable for me as I am on crutches, stairs, toilets, flooring. So sad.

Good clean environment and comfy rooms, very close the the airport and easy access into venice from the hotel. Upon my arrival, there was an issue with my room due to a previous guest having to stay due to an emergency, Rosa the owner had arranged an alternative hotel for my entire stay but gave me the option to come back the next day if I wanted to. Her husband then drove me to the other hotel and picked me back up the next day. She provided me with drinks and offered food while I waited to be taken to the other hotel. I decided to come back and finish my holiday at the hotel and I am so glad that I did. The location is stunning and was the perfect vibe for my first venice trip. My first day travelling into Venice, Rosa gave me the timetable for busses and helped me to sort out my access fee exemption. I travelled alone so she really made me feel at ease and confident to travel around Venice. The food was absolutely stunning. I will be returning next year 10/10

In questo momento la struttura non è nel suo massimo, ma la proprietaria è una vera forza della natura , se ti serve una base per partire va benissimo dista pochissimo dall’aeroporto e dormi con il rumore degli aerei sognando il viaggio

Rosa picked us up from the airport and allowed us into our room early - this was so appreciated as we had travelled from NZ and were very tired. We were made to feel most welcome. A great lunch was provided and a more than ample breakfast was served prior to us heading off to our accommodation on Murano. This is very much a home from home and such a great introduction to Italian hospitality.

Very friendly helpful host. Really lovely and chatty. Good location Will stay again especially if the pool is available.

Did not ask but something hot like toast or eggs would be appreciated for breakfast. And tea making facilities in the room if possible.

Una struttura di campagna risistemata in confortevole luogo di soggiorno, piccole camere ben riscaldate e proprietari/gestori briosi e disponibili. In estate ci si può godere la piscina. La posizione è sorprendente. E' possibile pranzare e la conduzione è accogliente e simpatica come se si fosse in una casa.

La struttura coraggiosamente rinnovata dal proprietario, non gode tuttavia di ascensore e per portare i bagagli al secondo piano bisogna sapere che occorre fare le scale (e calibrare il proprio bagaglio). i collegamenti con aeroporto sono un poco macchinosi, a causa delle linee pubbliche e delle fermate un poco infelici sullo stradone: è necessario prendere accordi con i gentilissimi proprietari per avere dei passaggi dalla fermata alla struttura e viceversa, e procurarsi in anticipo i biglietti delle compagnie bus.
