"Zentrale Lage aber die Leistung nimmt ab"

Die Lage des Hotels ist natürlich top, und die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei – ein grosser Pluspunkt.

Wir haben das Zimmer am Ikarus Festival gebucht. Letztes Jahr waren wir sehr zufrieden, dieses Jahr leider nur mittelmässig. Die Preise steigen von Jahr zu Jahr deutlich, gleichzeitig nimmt der Leistungsumfang ab. Im 2025 gab es im Zimmer noch einen kleinen Kühlschrank – dieses Jahr leider nicht mehr, was wir sehr schade fanden. Was uns jedoch gefehlt hat: eine herzliche Begrüssung oder Verabschiedung. Ein einfaches „Hallo“ und „Tschau“, aber keinerlei Hinweis oder Marketing für das nächste Jahr. Das wirkt etwas lieblos.

Zentral gelegen, komfortabel und mit Atmosphäre, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Restaurant.

Die Internetverbindung war nicht immer stabil. Da könnte man noch nachbessern.

Very nice room, booked hotel again on 26/06, hope to get the same or similar room. Very nice view, balcony, aircon. Very reasonably priced good breakfast. Perfect location nearby train station.

Nothing. As suggestion to sell packed snacks ( anything - like chips, biscuits etc ) for late arrival or early departures. Or vending machine
