Wonderful view. Clean, spacious room & excellent staff.

Very few plug points in the room for charging own devices.

incredible location, elevated beachfront. beautiful lawns and garden, with easy steps down onto the beach courtesy bar was a wonderful idea very good breakfast cleaning staff very friendly and helpful excellent recommendation of "the girls" for dinner loved the view from our neptune suite

the stairs to the third floor with luggage were tough, but I was aware of this beforehand. very 70's, and a bit dated... but I liked that..I imagine not to everyones taste...but i liked the open plan large rooms, floor to ceiling glass, plush carpets, baths and showers

Amazing location with stunning views from end to end of Wilderness beach. Lovely staff. Excellent room and facilities. Superb breakfast cooked to order.

The breakfast was good and fresh. Location was wonderful and so was the level of cleanliness. The Manager was very helpful, went beyond the call of duty to assist us.

It might be good to have arrangements for some meals, like Dinner or light lunches. It's a cosy place and sometimes you don't feel like going out of the room searching for food.
