It rained !

Personeel was echt heel vriendelijk en deden zeer hun best. Maar eigenaar niet klantvriendelijk - zie kamer omwisselen. Gemiste kans van eigenaar om klantgericht te zijn. Sommige kamers hadden mooi uitzicht op de wijngaarden. Zwembad heel mooi aangelegd en omringd door rozemarijn struiken. Prima parkeerplaats.

Kamers. Hadden 6 nachten geboekt. Bij aankomst bleek ‘luxe kamer’ in soort ondergebouw met trap naar naar beneden te zijn met ‘uitzicht’ op stenen muur. Nadat we van kamer (van luxe naar standaard kamer) konden veranderd vanwege ligging luxe kamer wilde eigenaar het aanzienlijk prijs verschil (€670) niet aanpassen. Ook verder geen compensatie blijkbaar mogelijk gedurende ons verblijf bv een lunch of diner aanbieden. De standaard kamer had twee aparte bedden (geen tweepersoons bed) met dekbed dat zichtbaar niet schoon was dus meteen gevraagd voor nieuwe. Weinig kastruimte voor kleren en geen ruimte voor koffers. De badkamer heel smal pijpenla en dus om beurt toegang. Prijs kwaliteit kan daarmee echt beter.

Staff were amazing. Nice breakfasts. Generally good vibes.

Pool was small and generally other than pool there wasn’t anything else you could do there. Also one night they had a birthday party there . They made loud noises, music singing etc until 2 am! Their excuse for all the noise was that it was the property owners’ party! That was the wosrt excuse. If the owner intend to have a party with this much noise in the middle of the night he should have not occupied the rooms that night. The worst part was they didn’t even apologied for this !!

A fantastic place, with historic vibes, the old trulli (famous roofs), the restaurant is delicious, the swimming pool area is gorgeous, the pool long enough for laps, we loved this place! The town of Martina Franca in the neighborhood is very nice.

Nothing

A gem in the heart of Puglia with easy access to many of the areas top sights and beaches. Fabulous breakfasts included and we also had dinner each night of our stay which was exceptional. Staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome.
