It is good budget accommodation. Nothing amazing, but nothing wrong with it either. Decent bed, decent pillow, decent room, friendly staff

We weren't offerd breakfast at all no staff came to see if we needed any thing we were new to Auckland no food nor transport so yes we were dissapointed on our stay but are greatful for the transport to and from the airport

Staff could of been more careing and making sure the residents had coffee milk sugar which we asked and ended up going to reception to get it in the rain ourselves we are both pensioners

Friendly and helpful staff. Our family were going to Rarotonga for 7 days amd we were able to leave our cars here for free. They were locked in their secure facility. The room was clean and spacious with a huge shower and functional kitchenette. Their shuttle drop off and pick up service to and from the airport was excellent Thank you for your amazing customer service and quality rooms.
