Tokemata Retreat

Donna was an amazing host. Tokemata retreat was beautiful and we had all the amenities.

Very enjoyable a little out of town. Lovely pool , nice and quiet. The Unit was well equipped and even came with a lovely bottle of wine.

If you're looking for something out of town. A quiet place to relax, take in the scenery or have a swim, than this place is for you. The owners are absolutely loving and very accommodating. The bed was so comfortable i found myself not wanting to get out. Being greeted by their horse while driving up the driveway was such a delight. We became good friends every morning as I couldn't help myself by stopping to give a nose scratch. 10/10 will be coming back with friends for a relaxing weekend away.

Very clean, greats hosts , has everything you need Lots of things for the kids to do Nice and relaxing and not to far from Cobram Main Street and shops

The wifi doesn’t work well

The peace and serenity was amazing. Loads of activities. One night is not enough for this amazing place. Donna and James were very helpful and friendly, made us feel welcome. The pool was a highlight, refreshing with plenty of shade on a hot day.

Quiet and nice surroundings with beautiful swimming pool, tennis court.

Fantastic property just 5 minute drive out of Cobram. The owners, Donna & James were very helpful & friendly. The property is 45 acres with only 4 units, a tennis court, pool, golf driving range & fantastic BBQ area and beautiful grassed grounds.. The unit was very well appointed with everything you could want. Sitting outside listening to the birds etc instead of traffic noise was great. Even though the other units were occupied you felt that you had the place to yourselves. Good breakfast provisions provided.

Internet was a bit hit & miss and a bit slow. TV needs to be updated (?) as none of the HD channels were available and could only get channel 10 & 2 on the ordinary channels, but this may be the reception in the area. Although there is a DVD player and DVD's to borrow at the office.

Ah, the serenity…. set well back from the road amongst expansive gardens this was the best property we stayed at during our Murray golf trip. James and Donna were great hosts and little things like a bottle of red on arrival, fresh bread, eggs and milk made this standout. Clean, well appointed cabins with views over the property were topped by a very comfy bed and a memorable shower. Shaded under cover parking was just another bonus. Plenty to do with a pool, tennis court, big BBQ area, bush walks, practice your golf or just check out all the amazing garden art spread across the property. Recommend to anyone and we will be back.
