"great service"

10.0

This is a nice hotel conveniently located close to the bus station CTM. As always we received nice service , clean room. Lovely breakfast and I recommend the place for staying and it would be an excellent place if it brings up the taste of its food in the restaurant to the level a 3 star hotel should have.

"Great location"

10.0

Nothing was too much trouble: the staff was extremely polite, friendly, helpful. The location is easy to find and a big carpark available next to the riad. The room was very spacious with a big and comfortable bed. All amenities are very clean. Breakfast was very delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

"Should be called a Hostel, not a hotel."

4.0

This is a current family residence with parts used as accommodation. The rooms are clearly bedrooms, with substandard bathrooms tacked on. Mattresses are, I think, ticking or straw and not great. Roof leaked, door hard to open, lock hard to use because door is out of alignment. First room I took had huge windows that could be easily entered and could not be locked. I requested a new room - again no locks but windows had grilles. Only some rooms have air con so be wary during summer months. This would be okay for groups of young people looking to share rooms and not fussed about decor or amenities. To their credit everything actually worked - there was good water supply, wi-fi in rooms was good (but not in other areas like terrace). Owner was very nice and makes great coffee.

"Lovely blue hotel!"

8.0

Staff was welcoming and friendly, promptly served us mint tea while we waited to check in. Rooms were clean and comfy. We enjoyed having a nice adjoining living room with our parents' room so we had a space to hang out in. The neighborhood was the only downside. I wouldn't walk back alone at night. Our car was fine and once inside, we felt very safe. Breakfast was lovely and was served when we requested it. We were served fresh pastries, coffee/tea, and local dairy. We highly recommend this place!

"Nice stay"

10.0

Hotel located right next to main bus station which was good for me to take the early morning bus to casablanca the next day, not good if you would want to stay somewhere within medina. Friendly host at hotel and the room was nice too. It was located on roof terrace level, had to walk up 5 or 6 flights but wasn't a big problem if you don't have alot of luggage.

"Casa Annasr"

8.0

The family that owns this hotel is beyond the best service & friendliness in Morocco! The room was nice & spacious. However, if you need anything, make sure to ask front desk before 8pm. The breakfast was so nice-customized for needs. The town is quaint & fun to go around. We will be back all because of the family & their superb hospitality!!

"Friendly, family-run hotel in great location"

10.0

We loved Casa Annsar. The owner, a middle-aged Moroccan gentleman, upgraded us from the double to the suite at no charge. He was extremely helpful and gracious; when we asked about doing laundry, he rushed to get detergent and then showed us how to operate the machine. Out of the 5 riads we stayed in during our trip to Morocco, the breakfasts here were the most elaborate and delicious. The room was clean and newly redone, with nice furniture and fixtures. The Medina was only a 10 minute walk, which we enjoyed. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel just next to the bus station, easy to find it. The staff is very nice and helpful, they are willing to help us to ask he bus company about transportation info and be with us to go bus station to buy bus ticket at deep night. The room is clean and big.
