Some of the decor is a bit dated but overall it was ok

It was a great location, right on the coast. A lovely old hotel which still had its quirks and history but updated rooms as necessary. Staff were very polite and helpful

The location was great and the staff were very professional, polite and housekeeping staff were excellent

The size of the room, it wasn’t cosy it was tiny, so much that we had to have the window open as best we could, but it wouldn’t open very far because of safety reasons, which meant that there was not enough fresh air in the room and it was very humid, hot and uncomfortable Would not book that room again We normally gave cosy rooms in other hotels but this room was ridiculous, why have a sink in the room as well as in the tiny bathroom. The bathroom smelt of stale water and was not nice going in there so we had very quick showers and did not intend to spend any unnecessary time in the bathroom.

Incredibly friendly staff, brilliant breakfast and amazing sea views. The room was beautifully decorated in a lovely modern, seaside theme and with everythingthat we needed.
