As usual, this was an unforgettable family experience. We enjoyed the quiet as well as the hiking trails. The bushmen drawings were spectacular. The stargazing event with Elsje was a magical memory that we all enjoyed very much.

Truly the only thing that was disappointing was the water geyser in Unit 15. In the heart of winter you'd expect a bigger geyser to heat enough water for 5 adults. But, this unit cut out every minute - resulting in cold or cool showers.

One of the best managed places we have ever visited. Everything was up to standard, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Walking routes are very enjoyable, and clearly marked. Will encourage anyone who loves nature, to visit here!

Atmosphere, people, the place was exceptional. Food was good, people very friendly.

Road very small up the mountain. Coffee pot broken, we could not have filter coffee, the bottles in bathroom did not work, could not spray and pump soup out.

Very good coffee choices, very accommodating with choice of Mealtime and choosing from Menu! Very friendly Staff.

Handwash basin is a joke, can't even wash your hands, it's so narrow. But I am just griping!
