"Bagage bijna niet terug gekregen"

Personeel zeer onvriendelijk! In de ochtend uitgecheckt maar vloog in de avond terug besproken of ik mijn bagage kon laten staan dat was gelukkig geen probleem. In de avond kom ik terug om mijn bagage op te halen dus ik bel aan bij de deur geen gehoor. Ik bel het telefoonnummer de eerste 3 werk ik opgehangen. Na 3 keer kreeg ik eindelijk (een zeer onbeschofte Italiaan aan de lijn) die alleen maar schreeuwde PRONTO PRONTO en vervolgens weer ophing en dit tot 3 4 keer aan toe. Ik heb elke keer proberen uit rw leggen dat mijn bagage nog binnen stond en dat mijn vlucht over 2 uur ging. Uiteindelijk binnengekomen door iemand anders die hier verbleef. ( achter deze persoon aangelopen naar binnen toe). Het enigste wat goed is is dat dsze locatie midden in het centrum zit. Maar daarvoor de bagage niet meer terug krijgen is een stuk minder. Daarom betaak liever iets meer dan weet je dat het goed zit. Dit was voor mij de eerste keer en zeker de laatste keer. IK WIL IEDEREEN WAARCHUWEN BOEK HIER NIET!! ZEER ONVRIENDELIJK PERSONEEL ZEER ASOCIAAL!!

"Cute Rustic Stay!"

We had a wonderful stay in Pisa! The location was perfect,close to everything, yet tucked away in a charming little alley that made it feel authentic and peaceful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, which was much appreciated after long days of exploring. We especially loved the rustic décor, which added so much character and charm. It really made us feel like we were experiencing the true atmosphere of Italy. A special thank you to the owner, who kindly allowed us to leave our backpacks after checkout. This helped us tremendously and made our last day in Italy much more enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again!
