พื้นห้องไม่สะอาด บ้านบอลเด็กก็สกปรก ที่เบาะมีทรายเต็มไปหมด เบาะก็ไม่ตึงไม่น่าเล่น เด็ก 1ขวบ 3 เดือน เข้าไปยังชวนออกเองเลย ภายในห้องเด็กก็เหม็นอับมากๆๆๆ เข้าไปแล้วปวดหัวเลย คือง่ายๆ จะไม่กลับไปพักที่นี่อีก

The Hotel is in a very good location and very clean with easy parking and lots amenities and things to do. It was also very close to shops and restaurants. The Staff are also very nice, polite and helpful. A great place for a relaxing get away.

It's was just quite an idilic weekend, from the Friday till leaving on Monday the hotel staff were available, both pools were pristine and the location right on the beach was perfect. would recommend to anyone.

1.very good place for family especially children 2-10 years 2.ABS is so good and delicious. 3.Good service and reception. 4.Good view swimming pool and playground.

The hotel needs to maintenance much more. Many things don't work properly. Don't be stiff on shampoo & baht gel. With the price to stay per night, you should at least give one per person. What I got were 1 small shampoo and 1 small baht gel for two person which were not enough. Have to buy them from store by yourself. This is not I expect to get from a hotel that charge me almost 4000/night. I may regret more if I have to pay full price to stay there.

The beaches are very dirty, do not go there in Thai Holidays as for Thais this is a budget friendly destination. Many restaurants have closed down.

WiFi bad

Booked for double bed for 3 nights. During check in was offered two single beds, Have to upgrade to deluxe room with double bed and pay 500 Baht per night. Have to ask for paper napkins in room twice, once when check in and at night. Would prefer Tara Mantra than this one with cheaper price, better facilities and attentive staff.

as usual excellent Service, friendly and helpfull staff. nice rooms, good & large pool. Close to the beach. breakfast room room sometimes crowded if a large Group is in the Hotel.

We booked two rooms and stayed for one night. We would stay in this hotel again, but is a bit frayed around the edges. Some TLC by the new owners would be appreciated by guests. Breakfast is buffet style fixed price at B300, we preferred a local restaurant with more choices at less cost.
