"Awful, still waiting on compensation and we’ve been home few days."

We arrived and struggled to contact the host. After hours, they advised we didn’t have a reservation despite taking our full money several weeks before we travelled, and then had to spend hours getting sorted out with an alternative which ended up being double in price. Ruined our holiday.
