Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Augusta Near Fort Eisenhower

We visited to go to the Masters. Location was easy access. But mostly we appreciate the service we received when we forgot two shirts in the closet. They happen to be my husbands prized golf shirts. The manager called me to let me know they were forgotten and offered to mail them to me. Very grateful!! Service is the key to success!!

Entire room was very dirty. The floors were clearly not vacuumed, the bathrooms were covered with hair and stains on the walls, toilets, and floors. The fridge was stained and had not been cleaned. There was only 2 working outlets in the entire room and one had the lamp plugged into it. The lights and light switches were barely hanging on the walls and multiple lights did not work. The room smelled like cigarettes and cigars even though it was a non-smoking hotel. The mattress cover had a brown stain that looked like it was leaking liquids from the mattress.

Carpet and bathroom smelled. Black mold visible in AC vent!

It was nice clean the staff was amazing especially the young man that worked 3rd shift very helpful and friendly I would love to visit again

There was a mistake at the front desk when they ran my card. I stayed 2 nights and I have already been charged 3 times. I called today and was told that one will reverse out. That is not the problem. I have already been charged an extra night and there is still 85.35 on hold. I don't have that kind of money and it's creating multiple issues on my accoun t. Simply for this reason I would not recommend. Nothing was said to me so this was a bad surprise
