From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. The room was lovely, clean, and very comfortable — definitely a pleasant place to relax.

Quite disappointed with a few things that didn’t match the information on their website. The page stated that the hotel has a gym, but there was none available during my stay — quite misleading, especially for guests who prioritize fitness facilities. In addition, Netflix and YouTube cannot be access on the TV because the TV software was outdated and not compatible with the latest versions. It would be helpful if the hotel could update their TVs. Overall, the stay was fine, but the inaccurate listing of facilities was disappointing and should be corrected.

The lobby was so wonderful desing and view

The rooms was okay but the facilities is terrible. Air condition was too problem. My family cant sleep because not comfortable is really hot. The lightning was terrible too. The lightning was too dark and is not suitable too bring baby.

bilik yang besar selesa dan bersih.staff yang memudahkan dan sangat membantu..ruang parking yg disediakan sangat banyak dan mudah untuk dicari..overall semua ok dan harga yg berpatutan

masalah tv yg x update..wifi yg selalu hilang2 tolong la ganti tv baru nk connet youtube x boleh..connet netflex hilang2 sebab x de wifi..dan tiada siaran lain..sngat tidak berpuas hati

The staff really friendly and fast working. During my stay, my smart door lock was out of battery, the technician, the manager and the staff work really fast to settle it. The breakfast was good. Love the room. It was spacious, air cond was cool, bathroom and toilet were clean. Can repeat again

The pool was quite small. During my stay, the pool was not crowded. But I wonder during peak season how cramp would the pool be
