O hotel é bom, mas achei que ouve um pouco demais do barulho da rua. Particularmente eu pedi por um quarto silencioso, que eu tenho problema para dormir com barulho, e a moça me deu um quarto no térreo voltado para o estacionamento. Fiquei pensando se era implicância ou só sacanagem mesmo. Mas tirando isso, o hotel é bom.

"Péssimo e antipático."

Chegamos antes das 14h (horário estipulado de check in), o hotel estava vazio, poucos quartos ocupados. Pedimos para antecipar o check in, para meio dia, mas foi negado. Atitude bem antipática, com o aviso que para antecipar seria cobrada uma diária inteira. Voltamos às 14h. Quarto ok. Ar condicionado imundo e fazendo barulho. Toalhas velhas. Ar condicionado do quarto abaixo também fazendo barulho. Não fornecem toalha de rosto nem shampoo, sabonete de baixa qualidade. Tomadas fora do padrão brasileiro. Café da manhã cobrado a parte, por 30,00 por pessoa, recusamos pois não pareceu nada atraente. Não volto.

Ambiente acolhedor, excelente atendimento somos hospedes costumaz sendo 1 de nós PCD e somos muito bem atendidos durante a estadia até a saída os funcionários nos prestaram assistência para levar a bagagem até o estacionamento muita gratidão!

Acho que pelo valor da diária deveria ser incluído o café da manhã, ou melhorar o café da manhã, tendo em vista o valor cobrado de R$30,00 por pessoa. Muito fraco. Faltam ovos, mais frutas. O queijo branco no segundo dia já estava com muito soro.. falta capricho.
