近くの御寺で法要を行うため利用しました。法要が15時からのため、チェックインの時間と重なり、着替えの場所など悩ましいことが多い為、後から追加で前泊に変更したところ、部屋の変更が無いように配慮してくださり非常に助かりました。

喫煙しない家族に合わせて禁煙ルームにしたところ、館内に一切喫煙所が無く困りました。アパホテル＆リゾート新潟駅前大通には宿泊者の使用可能な喫煙所があったので助かりました。時代と逆境するかもしれませんがあると嬉しいです。

この度出張にてお伺いしました、従業員の方々に宿泊手続きが簡単にできるように教えていただき簡単にできました施設についても清潔で行き届いた従業員の方々の対応も良かったですし、客室も外の音もあまり聞こえずゆっくり過ごせました
