室内のお風呂と別に二階に男女別のお風呂がありシャンプーや化粧品が整えてありとても気持ちよく入浴できました。

予約してあり、すぐに部屋案内があるのかと思ったらスタッフの人がアパアプリを持っているかと聞いてきたので、ナシと答えると、お願いもしていないのにスマホにアプリ操作をしてくれていましたが、残念ながらエラーばかり出てアプリを取ることが出来ませんでした。ここで10分以上待たされて、高齢の主人はその間ずーっと立ってました。アプリが入らないと分かると、やっと部屋キーをくれましたが、Booking.comで予約支払い完了もしてあると伝えたのですが、今まで利用したホテルでこんなことは初めてで楽しみの宿泊で気分を害しました。いつもBooking.comで検索しては安く宿泊しているので全く問題なく利用しています。

大浴場が清潔で、とても良かったです。

エレベーターが1基しか無くちょっと不便でした。大浴場がもう少し朝早いともっと良かったと思いました。
