・すぐ近くある別のアパホテルの大浴場が使える。 ・フロントの接客は良かったです。 ・飲食店は近くにいくつかあり、アーケードもすぐ近く。

・大浴場、朝食会場が近くにある別のアパホテルのため、外に出なくてはいけないのは不便。 ・駅から少し歩くのと、近くにコンビニが駅前にしかないため、ロケーションは少し不便。
