Amphora Laleuca Apartments Palm Cove

The reception older lady needs to go to customer service school and sit at the front row!!!!. I came to visit the establishment it’s not my problem that she has an issue with private owned apartments. Next time I might be considering staying under the Mantra owned rooms if that’s possible? I think not !!! I will go out of my way to avoid ever encountering that ugliness. It’s a shame one bad apple can spoil the fruit of the whole tree…..as the reception is representative of the brand overall the first thing I see & she is doing wicked damage.

Reception

This is a beautiful property, great location, fabulous large pool. Apartments are well equipped with lovely views over the pool.

Stairs only to the 2nd and 3rd floors. only an issue with luggage and groceries.

Close to restaurants, beach etc, walking distance to everything. Loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the apartment. We loved our stay and look forward to returning again.

Nothing, just wished we had stayed longer!

No complaints

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Spacious living/kitchen area and bedrooms with plenty of kitchen gadgets for meals. We used the outdoor area the most. Location was fabulous and being on the ground floor with pool at our door was amazing! Coffee at Vivo was so close and delicious. Lots of places within walking distance to eat.

Recommend not to leave the tea and coffee sachets on bench (ants had found them) and to update couch cushions.
