The Mulburn Inn

Amazing, historical space. Feels like stepping back in time. Gorgeous tub in the George Washington room and very good breakfast. The entire house was decorated for the fall/ spooky season and the grounds were immaculate. Was wonderful to meet the owners who were onsite — friendly and kind couple. Loved every minute and will definitely be back. Thank you!

The hosts were so warm and inviting. The Inn is beautiful!!! Breakfast was ready quickly, homemade and delicious.

The Mulburn Inn was a great get away. The owners (Karen and David) were very friendly and accommodating -- contact the owner about their breakfasts which can be made to order. The Inn itself and the room was very 'New England Inn' traditional with antique furniture and tasteful decor throughout. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable -- it was spotless. This reflects the owners dedication to their building and business. If you are looking for a quiet get away in the beauty of northern NH (one of the best places to see early NE foliage), this is it!

There's nothing bad to say about the place. I would caution, that if you are looking for a hotel with a sports bar or a room with a large flatscreen to watch the big game, this is not your place.

There wasn’t anything we disliked.

The breakfasts we had on two days were great. Everything was quite good.

The only very minor issue was that the air conditioner was sort of noisy. We liked the history of the house.

A truly special place – an old house full of history. The rooms vary quite a bit in quality. At first, I stayed in a small room where the bed was much too soft for me, but the host was very generous and offered me another room – much larger and with a very comfortable bed. The only downside in the new room is that there’s no sound insulation, so you can clearly hear the main road as well as the neighbors in the next room – even their conversations. But at night it was very quiet, which made it much easier to rest. Overall, the place itself was so lovely, and the neighbors were so nice, that it really didn’t bother me
