チェックインの時間になっても掃除が終わっておらず、チェックイン開始時間になっても部屋に入れず30分近くロビーで待つことになった。部屋に入るとシーツに赤い染みが付いていて汚れていた。

部屋の掃除が甘かったですね。 前のお客が舐めた飴玉のゴミが転がってたり使い終わった給湯器が散らけたままだったり。 他は初日にペットボトルの水の代わりにタリーズコーヒーを渡されたのはいいですが 2連泊の二日目にシーツを変えると水が出ないとあとから言われた説明不足も不思議に思いました 田舎の格安のビジネスホテルに五つ星のホスピタリティを要求する気はないですが せめて自分に用意された新品の部屋を使ってると思わせる清潔さだけは欲しいですね ビジホには珍しい露天風呂ありの大浴場があったのはすごく良かったです
