Le séjour s'est très bien passé. Cependant, nous avions opté pour une chambre FUMEUR lors de la réservation sur votre site. L'établissement nous a informé que l'information ne leur a pas été relayée de votre part. A Strasbourg il faisait très froid, nous avons du sortir de la chambre à chaque fois que nous voulions fumer, cela a été contraignant. J'attends donc un geste de votre part.

Standard ibis hotel with comfy beds. Handy location, easy to locate. No wifi which was a problem, no explanation given, just a Gallic shrug! Restaurant attached to hotel was busy, poor service, hot and average food.

"Ibis Hagaenau- better than you think"

Although not the "centre of the universe", Hagaenau is a useful half-way point to other destinations. Arriving tired after a days' driving, it was easy to check in. The rooms are basic, but all one needs for a brief stay. Airconditioning was a plus, so near the busy road. Food at the attached restaurant was very high quality, and good value. Staff helpful with early morning call for onward journey. Enjoyable experience altogether.
