La proximité à pied du centre ville. L'accessibilité du parking de l'établissement avec ses nombreuses places. La taille de la chambre. L'accueil du personnel!! La qualité du petit déjeuner.

Le bruit des voisins du dessus, un peu bruyant très tôt le matin. Il n'y a qu'une serviette de bain par personne. La lumière des lampes de chevet, un peu forte en éclairage.
