Everything!! We asked to change bed type but manager refused saying “since you booked through booking choosing this bed type we can’t do anything” then after going to the room we were surprised that the room was invaded by tiny bugs!! Dead and alive and when I complained one of the employees was trying to be very helpful but the manager was rude and he gave us a room with a small bed! And when we refused the small bed the manager was fussy and we had to go in a search with the helpful employee just to find a decent room! The rooms had a capsule like toilet and small old bed sheets

Location! Just above train station, with great connections with both Paris and Disneyland

The property charges for leaving baggage if you arrived earlier or you have to leave latter after check-out, which is ridiculous. It’s 2€ per piece of baggage, not much, but it should be complimentary like in majority of hotels. You feel like you at in some low budget airline and have to pay every single extras.

Struttura comodissima per chi si reca a visitare i parchi divertimento, raggiungibili con una sola fermata della metro RER. L'hotel è infatti situato a pochi passi dall'uscita dalla stazione. Eventualmente ai parchi si può arrivare anche a piedi, in circa mezz'ora di cammino. Stanza con arredamento semplice, ma funzionale. Buona colazione.

Il bagno è interno alla camera e quindi non dotato di finestra, ma solo di aeratore..
