当方のミスで誤って喫煙室を予約していることにチェックイン時に気づきましたが、すぐに禁煙室への変更に対応頂きました。空きがあったラッキーもありますが、臨機応変に対応頂いたスタッフさんには本当に感謝しかありません。

部屋から大浴場の混み状況が見られませんでした。

アメニティの質がよかった。 シャワーヘッドから出る水量に満足しました。

喫煙室を選んだので仕方がないが、フロア全体がたばこ臭かった。 紙たばこと電子タバコでにおいが違うので、もしできるならば電子タバコで分けて欲しい。

ホテルの部屋は入り口から少し狭かった。 朝食のテーブル前の使用者の汚れがあったため席を変えてしまった
