Restaurant dinner was excellent. Restaurant breakfast was poor. Little choice and not a quality buffet.

Room was shabby and in need of upgrade as was the entire resort. Prior to arrival a gentleman at the reception told me that the beds have removable pillow tops. This was not true. It was important because with my problem back I must have a firm mattress. When we arrived the mattress was super soft and had no removable top. They turned the mattress over but the other side was not a propper matteress with ribbing across it. I slept on the floor on a exercise mat that I purchased and a sleeping bag. The air conditioner did not work and I was told that the temperature is pre set. I could not turn the air conditioner on or off from the room and needed to do so on the balcony. There was no dishwasher and a fridge just plonked in the lounge room.

Great location, room, facilities and breakfast.

The noise from the bridgeworks but that cant be helped. It was onky for a few days of our stay. Bed on wheels on tiles is a bit weird as bed travelled just by rolling over.

The room was very dated and our balcony had the pool hose just lying around. There’s no aircon in the bedrooms

Absolutely loved the plunge pool!!

Bed was very hard... for over $700 per night I expect a comfortable bed. As much as I loved the plunge pool there was no shade and we could not sit on the balcony due to the afternoon sun. April 7 - 10.
