Convent location not far from the airport the staff is friendly the room are clean great swimming pool the 4th floor restaurant good reasonably priced

Firstly, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. I had a superior room which is advertised as 32 sq m. This seem to be overly generous as the room was quite cramped and to give some sense of roominess, the shower and wash basin were in the room. The only place for any privacy was in the toilet. Not my idea of a relaxing environment. Service was less than usual for Thailand. I stayed 5 days and the soap and Shampoo was not replaced the entire 5 days. I had to use the soap frugally. The Hotel advertises its pool and it is a magnificent pool. But no towels were provided. I've never had this happen at a Hotel before.

The hotel is standard and clean. My room has no view at all, it overlooked the opposite room. The arrangement of the WC, the shower and the washing basin are strange to me in person. Swimming pool and gym is located in a separated building, which is mainly for rent-out functions. I came across the pool side wedding banquette during my stay n pool closed. Covered parking area is available. Wifi is free but not very stable. Staff are polite and can communicate in simple english. I love the surrounding community, quiet and clean, just one step to the Udon Thani Public Park. Apparently shared bike is available but we couldn't get the pre-paid card to rent a bike for cycle around the park. We tried to ask the locals but they replied in Thai..... Cafe, local food, massage shops. health center are available near by 10-20min drive to Central Plaza, depands on the traffic, away from the noisy pub street.

Although it was just one night, our stay was quite memorable, especially considering the wonderfully reasonable room rate. The pool was also very nice as it had variety of depths and well maintained. We will definitely make sure to pick Prajaktra Design Hotel for our next trip to Udon Thani!

The Prajaktra is a nice hotel but is geared more for business meeting and conventions than family stays. They try to handle both but it is clear to see they are more of a convention/wedding party hotel. They have a business/residence to the left of them (looking at the hotel from the front) that has many roosters that will call out from early morning throughout the day and that may make sleeping in difficult even for a deep sleeper like me. Again this is not the Hotel's fault but it is worth mentioning. The rooms are a good size for Thailand. They are clean and comfortable. Food is decent. Pool is very nice and has one portion that is 4 meters deep. Quite rare for Hotels in Thailand. I happen to be staying there when they were hosting the USANA convention and that made parking and entering and exiting the facility a nightmare sometimes. The staff tries their best to manage these over crowded times but they get overwhelmed by the number of people all being there at the same time. For business travelers like me you kind of get lost in that convention experience they are dealing with so you feel less than important to most staff members there. One example I needed an iron to iron some of my clothes after a long travel period and called the front desk/ guest services and was forgotten about completely. It is a good thing I have experience on getting rinkles out of clothes without an iron. However, the iron would have worked faster with better results.

Ròom had a definite issue with bathroom drainage. Food was ok but felt off a couple of days.

This hotel really does everything right. Airport Transfer. Sightseeing booking for local attractions like the Red Lily Lake. English speaking staff. Good rooftop restaurant. Across the street from a large park. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Pool.

A very pleasant stay at Prajaktra Design Hotel. Outdoor dining area very impressive overlooking lake. Will be back again to this hotel. The room was vey nice.
