Prajaktra Design Hotel

I thought this hotel was great. The entrance had a very welcoming area with helpful staff and relaxing decor. The room that we had was clean, spacious, and with everything that we needed. We had a small balcony, which was a perfect place to watch the everyday life of Udon Thani residents. Breakfast was provided in our deal and was always varied and fresh. We ate in the restaurant, which was on the 4th floor and had an outside area, and were always pleased with the food and service that we received. The hotel is situated opposite the local lake and park, where you can jog, walk or just enjoy the scenery. I would recommend the hotel and would definitely return the next time we visit this area.

Everything in the room was excellent and especially the bed and bedding. I slept perfectly in the comfort and quiet. A perfect place to stay in Udon.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the last 2 years. It keeps improving. The rooms are large and creative. The staff gives its best effort to meet the guests needs. The food is relatively good. Now they have a great outside pool( a glitch might be the lack of a an onsite gym or exercise facility). The hotel tries demonstrates efforts to be creative and customer focused.

I like the hotel and the people--it is a good hotel for walking. A lot is available for those that want to explore.

The hotel is not finished evolving---Currently it is a 3+ star in a city that does not have a five star hotel. The staff works hard at meeting customer needs. But the hotel needs to furnish a shuttle to take customers to local restaurants and sites. It is difficult to get a taxi in Udon Thani, and the hotel shuttle is free to and from the airport( 10 minutes) but charges 200 Baht( about 6 dollars) to go anywhere else. I believe it caters to more local than international travelers. The hotel has been constructed to differentiate itself by its design. In my opinion, in some cases the design works and in some cases it does not. An example of its evolving is the use of a gym for workouts. When I was there about a month ago, I was told it was not ready, Now they have a coop with a facility about 2 kilometers from the hotel.

Very helpful staff. Located across from Nong Prajak park, 10 mins from central shopping center and local bars. 10 min from airport. They are adding on to hotel with a new swimming pool and other addictions. I would stay there again. Only draw back is that it is near the hospital and there is some ambulance traffic.

We stayed for one night. It is in a handy position to Airport. Staff were friendly & helpful.We ate in the restaurant on the rooftop which was very nice atmosphere. The food was okay (had better had worse) Transfer service from Hotel was reliable. We would recommend this Hotel to everybody...

Hotel is Quite far from City Proper not like Centera Hotel in town. Roof top Restaurant is perfect for a Romantic Night but quality of food is far from Satisfactory though is cheap but quality is not to a standard 4 star hotel. From Hotel to Airport is Quite Far. Finding this Hotel serve a problem ave to ask people on location can see the Hotel but to enter quite difficult for first time tourist.

This hotel is out away from the congested city life, but not so far that you feel left out. There is a lake across the street that has a running/exercise track around it. The hotel staff makes you feel welcomed at all times. Rooms are kept clean and the rest of the inside also. The morning buffet is wonderful. They have a wide selection of food, and it is all very good. All in all I would have to recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay at udon Thani. I just can't prays the staff enough.
