Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Chatham South by IHG

room was clean spacious and comfortable. The breakfast area was clean, well looked after and offered lots of choices.

The staff were all incredibly kind. Was very accommodating for our dog. The breakfast lady went out of her way to make sure everyone had what they needed. Probably the best hotel stay I have had.

Since it's dog friendly could use a little green space for the dogs.

Elevators were very slow and dirty

Tiffany,at the desk,was so very helpful.The handicap parking was easy to access and close to the hotel.

We would have preferred a room nearer the ground floor due to my husband's difficulty ambulating
