Lovely hotel and spectacularly situated on a beautiful part of the river. The room was a generous size, though dark, but very nice and peaceful, with garden courtyard views. The staff were all super lovely and in the restaurant they made great efforts to accommodate our dietary requirements, which we really appreciated. The chef was excellent too! Everyone was very kind and welcoming, and the property is really beautiful.

The bathroom wasn't particularly clean and had a very unclean smell, especially around the toilet, even after many many detol wipes the smell was lessened, but still persisted. The bathrooms need some very thorough cleaning, and a higher level of daily cleaning, especially the toilets. The restaurant was full of flies which sat on the food and guests while eating, moreso than if we had sat outside, but the lovely staff made up for it. The lightbulbs in the rooms are the kind that emit a very strange and unilluminating light. This could definitely be improved as the rooms are already very dark as it is.

I was here 7 years ago and was impressed by the hotel's stunning view of the River Kwai, so I recommended my colleagues hold a seminar here. When I came back, the surroundings and landscape were still beautiful and tranquil. Everyone loves the hotel's vibe. The room is spacious, the breakfast is varied, and the food is delicious. All staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I like the way you show the Inchan tree and sell the baby tree so we can have a chance to plant it, and it helps people to care and realise the importance of this tree. The only thing that the room should add is more light. I think the light is not enough. I will definitely go back here.

Struttura elegante e in posizione eccezionale, dotata di tutti i comfort, fra cui una piscina mon grande ma molto bella. Personale molto professionale e accogliente.

Aria condizionata difficilmente regolabile e un po' troppo rumorosa. Colazione varia, ma migliorabile, soprattutto per quanto riguarda i dolci.

Staff very friendly. Outdoor cinema a nice touch.

The shower was either hot or cold and pressure surged. WIFI only allowed 1 device to connect at a time.
