L’emplacement près du pont et du restaurant le Loft. Un bon petit déjeuner. L’emplacement du petit déjeuner avec une très belle vue sur la riviére Klong.

L’hébergement me fait penser à des containers reliés entre eux par des IPN. Aucun charme. Pas de sièges dans la chambre. Pas de fauteuil à l’extérieur de la chambre. Pas de jus de fruits frais. Un choix en fruits très limité. Pas de glaçons dignes de ce nom, des petits crayons qui fondent en 2 minutes à peine.

This was our fourth stay at the U Inchantree and it certainly won’t be our last. My husband and I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to the manager and the entire team for the care and attention we received during our stay, which meant even more to us as my husband is recovering from heart surgery. The attention to detail and genuine kindness shown to us made our time at the hotel incredibly comfortable. One thing we always notice when we stay here is just how hard the staff work. At all times of the day we saw the dedication and effort they put into making every guest feel welcome. The restaurant staff in particular could not do enough for us. From early morning until late at night they were attentive, helpful and always smiling. They were not only busy in the restaurant but also looking after the pool area and the surrounding seating in the evening garden area, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Every member of staff we encountered, from the restaurant team, to front of house, to the room maids, were happy, polite and always took a moment to greet us and wish us a pleasant day. The service feels very personal, and being greeted by name whenever we see staff around the resort makes it all the more special. Our room was maintained to an impeccable standard with fresh sheets, towels and perfectly plumped pillows every day. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. We also really appreciated the airport transfer arranged by the hotel. Even though it was a long three-hour journey to the resort, the driver was chatty, happy and polite throughout and would not allow Peter to lift any of the cases. A very special thank you to Sonkran. He and my husband seem to have formed a special bond during our visits. Sonkran is one of the happiest and friendliest people you could meet, always greeting us with a big smile and showing genuine care and attentiveness. He truly helps make our stay at the U Inchantree even more enjoyable. The personal service we receive here is the reason we return time and again. We are already looking forward to coming back later in the year.

The local was stunning, the photos don’t do it justice. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! We also ate at the restaurant a few times which was good and good value.

We felt that charging to use the dressing gowns that were hanging in the room was a bit unnecessary and to charge to use the flip flops as well. They weren’t new so I wouldn’t have used them anyway.
