"Adequate for the price paid in this area."

*Breakfast was adequate. *Location was reasonably close to my client appointments. *Hotel was adequate for appearance. *Room was clean and comfortable. *Bathroom was fresh and clean. *Towels, lighting, essentials were sufficed. *Staff (Laurie, Joanne, others) were very friendly and helpful.

*Hotel could use a sprucing up. *Parking lot looked tired.

"Very nice and clean rooms but need to clean up the other spaces"

The rooms were great. Very clean and comfortable. Better than expected looking at the rest of the property.

Again the rooms were exceptional but there were huge trash cans over flowing with trash at every entrance to the hotel. The entrance doors and parking lot was very unsightly as a matter of fact I almost didn't check in.
