Dormi muy bien, el agua del baño abundante y limpia, el personal amable, todo excelente

Solo que no pude prender la tv

Ubicación y sazón alimentos

Iluminación cuarto o baño y falta de espejo para maquillarse en la habitación, en el baño hay limitante de espacio para poner todo lo necesario

El hotel cuenta con una alberca climatizada y está ubicado en una parte donde es muy accesible poderse mover a centros comerciales o zonas de interés

Nos tocó la habitación de al fondo junto al área de empleados y desde muy temprano estaban hablando fuerte riendo y moviendo cosas que no nos dejaron dormir más tarde y tuvimos que despertar temprano, aparte que el hotel apareció con una oferta de promoción y en la llegada no se respetó

I Booked a room with a refrigerator and microwave. When I arrived, I was placed in a room without a refrigerator, microwave, and no windows (!). I asked for a different room. The staff was nice and gave me a room all the way in the corner with windows opening into garbage and a back wall, that had a very small mechanical dial microwave from the 1950s and a very small, barely working, very old refrigerator that did not make enough cold for the freezer. I was also asked to pay extra for this room for the entire stay. There was more than one person in this room; however, they only provided soap and shampoo for one person, despite me telling the front desk and cleaning lady that there were more people. The same goes for the towels—only 2 towels were provided, and I had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels. I put a paper sign on the door in spanish for the forgetful cleaning lady to give us more soap, shampoo, and towels, but that did not help. Meanwhile, the extra towels that were given at the front desk were not shower towels; they were small, thin, old hand towels. So only 2 people could use big normal towels, and the rest used those small, thin, old hand towels. Every day I stopped at the front desk to remind them that I had more people and to please leave more towels and toiletries; they would say okay, but it just never happened. The toilet seat could not be lifted for males to use; it was broken and fell right away. The shower door was installed incorrectly so that you couldn’t turn the shower and adjust the water from the side—you would have to get in, close the door, and then be able to reach the knobs. So if you are washing small children , you would have to take a shower with them. or if you want to adjust the temperature before getting in, it is just not possible There was a stovetop that did not work, a few forks, a knife, a few plates, and cups, but there was no kitchenware to use. But the stove did not work anyway.

There was also a non-working coffee maker and a hair dryer that would turn off after a few seconds. For pool towels, you have to leave your ID at the front desk in a container that everyone passes by and can easily take. The pool towels were nice. The pool was dirty, and the children’s pool was very dirty; they emptied the water one day and finally cleaned it on our last day. The pool was open at 10 am, meaning at 10:15 the person would come in and start rolling back the pool cover. So the pool could be used by 10:45. If you are hoping for a dip or a short swim before your activities, it is not possible. There was an almost finished toilet paper roll on arrival (1), so I asked for a new roll. Every time it finished, I would have to go to the front desk and ask for one more. The cleaning person just did not do it. The restaurant hours say 8 am to 10 pm. In reality, the person comes in after 8, opens the kitchen, and starts cooking by 9. So if you are the first person, by 9:30 you can have your breakfast, not sooner. So if you have morning activities, don’t count on early breakfast. In the evening, no orders after 8:45 pm. They rate 4 stars, but more like 1 star. Personnel is very nice and polite but not working well. The location is good, next to a plaza with a supermarket and all restaurants. I will never stay in this hotel again and advise you not to stay there because you will be disappointed. If they would mention those things in the beginning, I would know what to expect, but disappointment comes from expectations that were not fulfilled, not because it was bad. Plus, the price was on the higher side as well, not worth the money. The hotel was clean, no complaints. But the toilet did not flush properly, got clogged a few times; you can only drop one small paper and flush, then wait 5 minutes to flush the next paper.
