Breakfast was not upto mark. Being in south''' even idlis dosa chutneys were of poor taste

The only redeeming features are the proximity to the IIT Madras Research Park (if you have a conference there) and the functioning airconditioning. Other than that, this place was a huge disappointment and a completely avoidable hotel.

Though it's a new hotel, the facilities and maintenance are very poor. Dusty room, stained bathroom and toilet, wifi not working (needed repeated visits to the reception to sort out), noisy corridors with other guests and cleaning staff talking loudly, room had no amenities (had to request repeatedly to get a chair), free breakfast was disappointing. To add to this, the location is not close to the city centre and most cab drivers had a problem reaching the place despite directions on Google Maps. The hotel has a partner travel desk but the rates are twice that of standard cabs and for my departure, the cab suggested by the travel desk did not turn up in the morning and I had to desperately arrange another mode of transport
