Il personale escluso la reception e soprattutto un direttore arrogante e maleducato

Avevo prenotato 2 stanze vista mare e vicino spiaggia pagando x 4 notti 2560€ e quando siamo arrivati ci hanno messo in una stanza indegna solo le furiose contestazioni del giorno dopo e la minaccia di andarcene ci hanno cambiato la camera dandone una decente
