Staff at Reception were polite and professional although there was no assistance with luggage to the room. The cleaning crew were polite and welcoming. The room was very spacious, aesthetically pleasing, clean and a pleasure to be in. Room and facilities were cleaned each day and towels refreshed. Location of Hostal is excellent.

There was NOTHING I didn't like. I would have appreciated a kettle to make a hot drink and possibly a little fridge to keep drinks.

Realmente la ubicación es EXCELENTE!!! está en el corazón de Madrid y puedes ir andando a varios lugares de interés. Es una zona muy segura y tranquila para lo céntrico que está. Fui a firmar mi novela a la Feria del Libro y ha sido una grata sorpresa este Hostal
